Seminar Title 4: Cloudstaff Roar Year-End Party 2025

The Cloudstaff ROAR Year-End Party 2025 was a vibrant and highly anticipated celebration that brought together Cloudstaff employees for a night of music, entertainment, and gratitude. The event showcased the company’s appreciation for its workforce after a year of hard work and achievements.

This year’s theme, “ROAR,” embodied energy, celebration, and unity—perfectly matched by the concert-style program. The event featured performances from well-loved artists, including the iconic OPM band Sponge Cola and the popular P-pop girl group BINI, who served as the main act. Their performances brought excitement to the crowd and created an unforgettable atmosphere. The event also included other performers who added more variety and entertainment throughout the night. Overall, the ROAR Year-End Party was an enjoyable experience filled with lively music, camaraderie, and memorable moments shared with fellow employees.

II. Reflections the Event Gave Rise To (Learnings)

From this celebration, I realized the importance of company events in building a strong workplace culture. The ROAR Year-End Party reminded me that celebrations like these help employees unwind, connect with colleagues, and feel valued by the organization. I also learned that music and shared experiences have a powerful way of bringing people together, regardless of their roles or departments.

The performances inspired me to appreciate the hard work that not only employees contribute but also the effort the company puts into creating meaningful experiences. The energy of the audience and the interaction between performers and attendees showed how events like these strengthen morale and foster a positive working environment.

III. Reflections on the Practical Application of the Event Learnings

The insights I gained from the event can be applied in my work life and interactions with colleagues. Experiencing an event that promotes enjoyment and unity reminded me of the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between work and social connection. Taking part in a fun and uplifting program encourages me to stay motivated and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

Additionally, the event highlighted the value of appreciation—when employees feel acknowledged and included, it boosts teamwork and productivity. Moving forward, I aim to actively participate in company activities, support team engagement, and help create a more connected and collaborative environment in my workplace.

IV. Positive Feedback (On the Event Organization)

The ROAR Year-End Party 2025 was well-organized, lively, and incredibly entertaining. The stage setup, lighting, sound, and overall program flow created a real concert-like experience that attendees truly enjoyed. The lineup of performers was impressive and catered to different music tastes.

Sponge Cola delivered nostalgic and energetic performances, while BINI, the main highlight of the night, brought excitement and youthful energy to the stage. The audience engagement, giveaways, and overall vibe made the event fun and memorable. The organizers clearly put a lot of effort into making the event special for everyone.

V. Suggestions for Improvement (For Future Activities)

While the event was enjoyable and well-prepared, one improvement could be made for future celebrations. Since BINI was the main act, it would have been better if they had more stage time or performed additional songs. Some of the other performers had more numbers, which made the main act feel shorter than expected.

Providing a longer setlist for the highlight performer would enhance the excitement and make the main performance more satisfying for the audience. Aside from that, the event was highly successful, and continuing to feature top artists and well-planned programs will surely make future year-end parties even more memorable.
